TERMS:
* Prices are net, payable within 30 days.
* Postage and Handling are extra.
* New customers should remit payment with order or supply suitable references.
* Past due accounts will be charged interest, but libraries may be accommodated by deferred billing upon request. All retail orders for individuals must be pre-paid unless we have a previous agreement.
* There is a $20.00 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds.
* Due to fluctuations in the foreign currency exchange rates, prices quoted will be adjusted periodically without notice.
* Please keep in mind that we no longer print new yearly catalogs.
RETURN POLICY:
If your book does not meet with your approval upon receipt, please notify us as soon as possible. Then, please return the book/s in perfect condition within 30 days to guarantee full credit. However, we do not refund shipping, handling, nor insurance charges.
ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All new orders are charged a minimum of $3.00 for handling. We will use UPS (United Parcel Service) unless otherwise specified. 8.25% sales tax will be added to all California retail sales.
Please note that our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of books ordered. Therefore, we need to process your individual order before providing you with an exact total price. We appreciate your patience and promise to process your order as quickly as possible.
Unless otherwise specified, insurance and tracking will be added to all orders sent through the United States Post Office.
Orders to Canada are sent by Air Parcel Post, which we have found to be the least expensive and quickest way.

We accept payment by check, money order, VISA, or Mastercard. Please provide us with your full name, address, email address, phone and fax number(s). If paying by credit card, please specify the type of card, account number, expiration date, billing address and full name that appears on the card.
